    Yes, but how do you work who is who in this business? There are some politicians who are straight. I always take George Orwell with a grain of salt given that he had a fairly privileged background and attended Eton.

      I could probably give you a fairly substantial list now of those who have been caught rorting their allowances, those who refuse to believe climate change because of donations from the fossil fuel industry, and those who it is clear are bigots. It would be a pretty long list already. And as for Orwell, I don’t care where he was born or how privileged he was. I care about what he did and said: The Road to Wigan Pier; Nineteen Eighty Four; Animal Farm. He died when he was 46.
