Dear readers, you may have noticed that the BlotReport has been a bit sluggish over recent weeks. I suspect this is in part because of my verbosity, in that I have written over 600 essays since I started the blog. You may also have been unable to access it over the last few days. This is because it has been moved to another, faster host. The most recent posts, a quote from Pericles and a rant on the Coalition government were tests of the speed of the new host. Let me know if you have a problem or find any quirks which irritate you. Now back to reporting on the too numerous blots on the political landscape.

Oh dear, I feared the Coal-ition Pretend Government had tried to silence dissent before it had even got its anti-climate protest law designed to stop the Extinction Rebellion from telling the truth about a climate catastrophe on our doorstep. I breathe a sigh of relief.

It took a bit longer than expected, and there are still a few things to be sorted out but I can still rant, and now you can comment too.

Yes, so much quicker. My brain can’t work on these time frames. I used the ten to twenty seconds that it took to get through to your site to gather my thoughts about the latest Morrison idiocy, or climate change denial lunacy that you had identified. Now I feel I need to think much more quickly. Good for an aging mind I suppose.

Yeah, it was so slow it was making my nose bleed. However, it was an effort to change hosts. I just hope it will be worth it.
